Professional P14

Created around a very large wood wheel, this stick has a double layer of soft felt, and is quite hard.  The head is firm, and heavy, and is particularly good for large timpani.  The handles matched with these larger heads are correspondingly more robust, to reinforce the depth of sound produced. 41mm across. Ideal for the big tone demanded by composers such as Mahler.
